Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation charge. No-shows will be charged in full.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for our services must be made in full at the time of booking or as agreed upon. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment platforms. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Service Delivery

We strive to provide high-quality mehandi services as described on our website. However, we do not guarantee that all designs will be exactly as shown in our gallery, as each application is customized based on individual preferences and skin type. We use 100% organic mehandi and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ravi Mehndi Artist, its owners, employees, or agents be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
